Farm Information Bureau under the State agriculture department will launch ‘Keralakarshakan English E-journal,’ the first farm e-journal to be brought out from the State. It can be accessed free on www.fibkerala.gov.in, an official spokesman said here.
The e-journal represents the English version of Keralakarshakan (the Kerala farmer), a comprehensive vernacular publication which publisher Farm Information Bureau claims is the largest circulated farm journal in the State.
The spokesman said that the initiative was spearheaded by the K.P. Mohanan, minister for agriculture.
Contents are being taken care of by the same editorial team which has ensured the success of the parent vernacular journal with a subscription of more than 1.5 lakh, the spokesman added.
