Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is arriving in India on a week-long visit. He will hold substantive talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on a range of issues. Several government-to-government memoranda of understanding and documents are set to be signed and exchanged during the visit.

SpaceX will launch the Falcon 9 rocket carrying the SES-10 communications satellite for SES from the Kennedy Space Center’s Launch Complex 39A. Last year, during the same time, the company had used the rocket to send cargo from NASA to the International Space Station. This is the first time that SpaceX is attempting to reuse one of its rockets.

NATO envoys will hold a formal meeting with Russia -- their fourth since the 2014 crisis in Ukraine halted regular talks -- although both sides continue to accuse each other of destabilising eastern Europe. On Thursday's agenda is the separatist conflict in Ukraine that the West accuses Russia of orchestrating. Moscow denies that, but Russia's 2014 annexation of Crimea remains divisive. The NATO-Russia Council, the forum bringing together NATO ambassadors and Russia's top diplomat to the US-led alliance, is seen as a way to defuse tensions.
