Shares of Bodhtree Consulting hit a 52-week high of ₹103 on Friday after the company announced receipt of contract from Magadh University, Bihar, to provide the Digital University Platform in a managed services model. However, the share closed with a gain of 2.41 per cent at ₹98.

The consulting firm bagged two orders worth ₹50 crore. The Magadh University order is to the tune of ₹43 crore. The University is the oldest in Bihar with over 215 colleges and new student addition of five lakh every year. It offers more than 100 courses under UG, PG and BEd curriculum. The project involves digitisation of work in key areas of the university catering to their student-base and streamlining admissions, examinations, certificate generation and various workflows of the university. It will also provide a digital help desk to students. The project also requires implementing a biometric-based attendance system for the staff and its constituent colleges.

The University will pay Bodhtree on a per student basis and the total revenue for three years of the contract is expected to cross ₹43 crore. The project will be implemented in six months.

The company has also bagged an order for ₹8.39 crore from the Indian Council of Forestry Research & Education for continuity of Data Centre at Dehradun for a period of five years.

LN Ramakrishna, Managing Director, Bodhtree, said the company has won three large projects of ₹200 crore in the last 18 months, two of these are from the Medical Council of India.
